We All Start at the Beginning
When I first started searching for a way to work from home, all I knew was that I didn’t want to leave my newborn daughter in daycare. That was it. She is my reason why.
I knew nothing about what it took to build a successful home business, but I was willing to roll up my sleeves and learn. That was back in 2001 and believe me, there was a lot of hype going around. Yes, I made mistakes, but I didn’t give up, although there were times that I wanted to.
But, I didn’t, because the alternative would have meant that I quit and I wasn’t about to become a quitter.
My sons were in high school at the time. However, from the time they were 4 and 2 years old, I found myself to be a single mom and was for the next 10 years.
Back in the late 80’s, early 90’s, when they were little boys, we didn’t the same choices and opportunities that we have today. I worked in a 9-5 corporate job as a securities trader, and my job was to make a lot of money for other people. My boss’s mood depended on the direction of the stock market.
Back then, there was no internet, and I had never even heard of network marketing. Today, there’s so much information and it can be overwhelming when trying to make a decision if you don’t know who you can trust.
Today, there are still many websites and people promising you the moon, the stars and practically the universe if you join their company and team. I’m not one of them because empty promises are just that… empty promises.
I AM here to share with you my story, my company and to tell you that I started at the beginning, perhaps like you are doing right now. We all start somewhere. We all start at the beginning and if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves, like I was, I can teach you.
