Sponsoring Vs. Recruiting
Choosing the right person and team to partner with is one of the most important decisions you can make. If we decide to partner together, here is what you can expect from me as your sponsor.
It’s important for me that you understand that there is a significant difference between sponsoring versus recruiting people. Sponsoring means that I work with you to help you build a team, until you are fully trained, so that you can work with your team on your own.
There are distributors who are recruiting machines, usually by hard-selling and convincing people to do something that they really don’t want to do. As a result, they do not have the time to effectively train and work with everyone they recruit.
The end-result is that they have to keep on recruiting more people to fill in the gap of those who leave and drop out of the business because they are not properly trained. Unfortunately, this type of recruiting does not create long-term security.
My goal is to help you build a solid, stable, long-term business, which only comes by sponsoring, not recruiting. This is why I only work with 5 motivated people at a time.

We use a detailed 90-day action plan and tools that will get you started the right way.
